I've seen a few CRD transciptions for "The Dark and the Rolling Sea".  They all
missed the intro and inter-verse chords of:

 "Bm/A/hammer-on & pull-off from Asus4/A/G/G with F# in bass/Em"

"G to Em" is always done with a descending bass-line link "G/G with F#/Em
