Additional notes: The 1969 UK release was voted "Folk Album of the Year" by the UK music weekly "Melody Maker".

Richard Thompson, Simon Nicol, Ashley Hutchings and Martin Lamble were all members of Fairport Convention at the time of the recording. They appeared under pseudonyms because of their record contract.

The entire album "Love Chronicles" was included as disk 2 in the 2 disk versions of "The Early Years".
